在U14男子花剑组别的比赛中,一位来自上海的小选手表现抢眼，他步伐灵活，出手果断，连续利用漂亮的转移刺和对抗刺得分，最终挺进八强，他的父亲在场边观战，心情激动：“孩子练习击剑四年了，这项运动让他变得更加自信和懂得坚持，成绩固然重要，但我们更看重这个过程对他的磨砺。”

成年组的竞争同样激烈,一位来自北京的律师，同时也是佩剑业余高手，在小组赛中表现稳健，他坦言，平衡工作与训练非常不易，但击剑带来的释放感和挑战性是无可替代的。“站在剑道上，你需要忘记所有场外身份，全神贯注于对手，这种极致的专注本身就是一种享受。”
